SAUSAGE CASSEROLE | |
1 lb. sausage, fried & drained 1 green pepper, chopped 1 med. onion, chopped 2 cans cream of celery soup or 1 can cream of chicken and cream of celery soup 2/3 c. raw rice, uncooked 1 c. grated sharp cheddar cheese Mix all of the above and place in a covered casserole dish. Bake for 1 1/2 hours at 325 degrees. This may be fixed a day ahead if you like. |
