1 lb. sausage, browned
1 sm. box macaroni noodles, cooked
1 c. Velveeta cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. milk

Mix all ingredients together. Pour into casserole dish. Add bread crumbs and butter on top. Let brown.
