SAUSAGE MACARONI CASSEROLE 
1 box macaroni and cheese
1 lb. sausage meat
1 onion, sliced
1 green pepper, sliced
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. milk
8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese

Cook macaroni and cheese according to package directions. Place in greased 1 1/2 quart casserole. Fry sausage, onion and green pepper until lightly brown. Stir in flour and salt. Add milk. Cook over low heat until thick, stirring constantly. Pour sauce over macaroni and cheese. Top with shredded cheese. Bake in 400 degree oven for 25 minutes. Serves 6.
