1 (10 oz.) pkg. mixed frozen vegetables 2 tbsp. red or Spanish onions, sliced or chopped 1/3 c. chopped celery, including tops 1/4 c. sliced black olives 1/4 c. Italian dressing 1/8 tsp. dill seed 1/8 tsp. caraway seed Shredded lettuce (optional) Cook frozen vegetables according to package directions; drain and cool. Add remaining ingredients. Chill several hours or overnight. Serve with 3 cups shredded lettuce. |
