SAUTE OF GREEN BEANS | |
1 lb. green beans, cleaned 1 shallot, chopped 2 tbsp. butter 1/2 tsp. Italian herbs 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper Blanch green beans until barely tender. Rinse under cold water. Melt butter in large frying pan. Saute shallots. Add herbs, salt and pepper. Add beans and toss gently to coat. Add more butter, if necessary. Saute until hot. |
