TRICOLOR GREEN BEAN SAUTE 
1 lb. cooked green beans
1/2 c. red bell pepper, cut in strips
1/2 c. yellow bell pepper, cut in strips
1/2 c. onion, sliced
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 tbsp. reduced calorie butter
Salt and pepper to taste

Cook and stir beans, peppers, onion and garlic in butter in large skillet 6 to 8 minutes or until crisp-tender. Add salt and pepper to taste. Makes 8 servings.
