CHICKEN SAUTE WITH GREEN BEANS 
1 chicken, cut up
1 onion, chopped
1 c. chicken broth
1 c. milk
1/2 c. white wine
2 cans green beans, drained

Flour and brown chicken in oil. Remove from pan and add onion and cook in oil. Drain oil. Return the chicken to the pan with remaining ingredients. Cover and simmer about 30 minutes. Do not let it boil over. Serve with rice.
