GREEN BEAN SAUTE 
1 sm. clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. crushed basil
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 lg. carrot, cut in strips
1/2 red or green pepper, cut in strips
1 (16 oz.) can French beans (no salt), drained

Saute garlic and basil in oil. Add carrots, saute until tender (about 5 minutes). Add pepper, saute 2 to 3 minutes. Stir in green beans; heat through. 4 to 6 servings.
