SANTA FE SOUP 
2 lb. hamburger
1 c. onion, chopped
2 cans stewed tomatoes, chopped fine
2 cans Rotel tomatoes
1 can corn
1 can Ranch style beans
1 lb. mild Mexican Velveeta, cubed

Brown hamburger with onion. Add remaining ingredients and stir until melted. "Wonderful and sooooo easy."
