SAUERKRAUT HOT DISH 
1 lb. hamburger
3 c. egg noodles, uncooked
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 (1 lb.) can sauerkraut, drained

Brown hamburger; drain off fat. Wash egg noodles in hot water. Place all ingredients in a 3-quart casserole. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
