APRICOT JELLO SALAD | |
2 pkg. apricot (or orange or 1 of each) Jell-O (small) 2 c. hot water 2 c. cold water 1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple, drain and save juice 2 c. miniature marshmallows 1/2 c. pineapple juice 3/4 c. sugar 3 sliced bananas 1 beaten egg 2 tbsp. flour 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese 1 pkg. Dream Whip, made as directed 1 can Angel Flake coconut Dissolve Jell-O in hot water, then add cold water. Let thicken; fold in pineapple, bananas and marshmallows. Refrigerate. Mix together beaten egg, sugar, flour and pineapple juice. Cook until thick. Add cream cheese and stir until smooth. Let cool, then fold cream cheese mixture into whipped topping. Spread over Jell-O. Top with coconut. Do not cover. |
