APRICOT JELLO SALAD 
2 boxes apricot jello or 1 large box
1 1/2 c. boiling water
2 tsp. sugar
2 (8 oz. ea.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened.
1 (13 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 can mandarin oranges
2 envelopes of Dream Whip

Add hot water to jello and sugar. Stir until thoroughly dissolved. Cut the cream cheese into small pieces and stir into hot mixture until blended until not visible. Add to mixture one 13 oz. can crushed pineapple - juice and all. Add 1 can mandarin oranges - juice and all. Beat a few minutes.

In separate bowl, whip 2 envelopes dream whip according to directions on box, but omit vanilla. Whip until stiff.

Fold into jello mixture and beat a few minutes until well blended. Pour into 9x13-inch dish. Allow to set over night.
