APRICOT JELLO SALAD | |
1 lg. apricot Jello 1/4 c. white sugar 2 tbsp. lemon juice Mix together and add 1 1/4 cups hot water, stir to dissolve. Add 1 pint (8 oz.) sour cream and 1 large can crushed pineapple and juice. This makes a large salad. Molds very well and holds up in warm weather. |
