PORK CHOPS ON RICE 
6 pork chops
1 1/3 c. Minute rice, uncooked
1 c. orange juice
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup

Season pork chops and brown. Place rice in a 12 x 7 1/2 x 2 inch pan. Pour orange juice over rice. Place chops over rice and add soup. Cover and bake in a 350 degree oven for 45 minutes. Uncover and bake for 10 minutes more. Serves 4-6. Dee-li-shus!
