BUSY DAY PORK CHOPS 
6 pork chops, 3/4 inch thick
1 1/3 c. instant rice
1 c. orange juice
2 cans chicken with rice soup

Brown pork chops on both sides, season with salt and pepper. Place rice in 12 by 8 by 2 baking dish. Pour orange juice over the rice. Arrange pork chops on rice and cover with chicken with rice soup. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Uncover and bake an additional 10 minutes.
