BUSY DAY CHICKEN 
1 frying chicken, cut up, or 4 chicken breasts
1 c. rice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 c. water
1 pkg. onion soup mix

Scatter rice on the bottom of a greased baking pan. Arrange skinned chicken over rice. Mix together mushroom soup, water, and onion soup mix and pour over chicken. Cover and bake at 325 degrees for 2 hours.
