BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
12 slices bread, cubed
1 1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese
11 eggs
3 3/4 c. whole milk
3/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tbsp. dry mustard
2 c. cooked ham or 1 lb. bacon, fried or 1 1/2 lbs. fried sausage

Layer cubed bread in a greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Beat eggs, milk, seasonings and pour over the bread cubes. Layer the meat and top it with the cheese. Refrigerate overnight. Bake 1 hour at 325 degrees, uncovered. Cut into squares and serve.
