BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
1 c. sour cream
1 c. cottage cheese
1/2 c. Bisquick mix
1/4 c. melted butter
2 eggs
1 peeled and sliced tomato
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese

Lightly grease a square baking dish, 8x8x2. Beat sour cream, cottage cheese, Bisquick, butter and eggs 1 minute. Pour over broccoli. Arrange tomato slices on top and sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350 F. until golden brown, about 30 minutes. Cool 5 minutes before serving.
