1 c. graham cracker crumbs
3 tbsp. butter, melted
3 tbsp. sugar

Mix and press in bottom of spring-form pan (9 inch). 3/4 c. sugar 3 eggs, beaten 1 c. sm. semi-sweet pieces 1 tsp. vanilla

Combine cream cheese and sugar; blend well with beater. Add eggs and mix well. Blend in chocolate pieces and vanilla. Pour over crust and bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 250 degrees and bake for 35 minutes. Cut warm. Chill. Serves 10 to 12.

To soften cream cheese, unwrap and microwave on 50% power for 30 seconds per package. One at a time.
