PHILLY 15 MINUTE CHEESECAKE 
1 c. graham cracker crumbs
3 tbsp. sugar
3 tbsp. butter, melted
3 (8 oz.) pkgs. Philly cream cheese, softened
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs

CRUST: Combine crumbs, sugar and butter. Press onto bottom of 9" pan.

CAKE: Combine cream cheese and sugar, mixing at medium speed until well blended. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Blend in vanilla. Pour over crust. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes, then reduce to 250 degrees and continue baking for 35 minutes. Chill. 10 to 12 servings.
