CHEESECAKE 
CRUST:

1 1/3 c. graham cracker crumbs
3/4 stick butter
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. sugar

CAKE:

5 (8 oz.) pkgs. Philly cream cheese
6 eggs
3/4 c. sour cream
1/2 c. heavy cream
1 3/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla extract

CRUST: Melt butter, mix in the graham cracker crumbs, cinnamon and sugar. Place mixture along the bottom of cheesecake pan and up 1/2" on sides.

In separate bowl mix eggs, sour cream, heavy cream, sugar, vanilla extract and last the cream cheese. Mix until smooth. Preheat oven to 500 degrees and bake for 10 minutes then 250 degrees for 1 hour or until the cake cracks. Cool and top with strawberries or blueberries.

Serves 12 to 14.
