BEAN AND TUNA SALAD 
1 can red kidney beans
1/2 red dry onion, chopped
1 regular can tuna
4 tbsp. oil
2 tbsp. parsley, finely chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
Wine vinegar to taste
Salt & pepper to taste

Wash and drain beans in colander. Mix all ingredients in bowl, adding salt and pepper to taste. Chill and serve. Serves 4 to 6.
