3 c. all-purpose flour, sifted
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. oil
3 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. crushed pineapple with juice
1 c. nuts, chopped (whatever you want)
1/2 c. mashed bananas

Mix ingredients; don't beat. Bake in 9 x 13 inch oblong pan for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Test with toothpick.

ICING:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 stick butter
1 lb. powdered sugar

Have all ingredients at room temperature. Cream butter and cream cheese together. Add powdered sugar in small amounts at a time. Thin to desired consistency with milk.
