HUMMINGBIRD CAKE 
3 c. all-purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. mashed bananas
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. oil
3 eggs
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Mix all ingredients together in a large mixing bowl with a spoon. Pour batter into a greased floured Bundt pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Cool in pan 1 hour before removing. Allow to cool completely. Ice with cream cheese icing.

CREAM CHEESE ICING:

8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 tsp. vanilla
1 stick butter, softened
1 lb. box powdered sugar

Cream butter and cheese. Add sugar and vanilla, beat until creamy and smooth.
