3 c. plain flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. chopped nuts
1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. bananas, chopped
3 eggs
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple

Stir all ingredients together (do not beat with mixer). Bake in tube pan 325 degrees for 1 hour and 10 minutes.

ICING:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
1 stick butter
1 box confectioners' sugar

Have butter, cream cheese at room temperature. Mix together smooth. Spread on cake.
