MINIATURE PECAN PIES 
DOUGH:

2 sticks butter
1 lg. cream cheese
2 1/2 c. flour

FILLING:

2 c. brown sugar
3 eggs
3 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. vanilla
Dash of salt
2 c. ground nuts, pecans or walnuts

DOUGH: Let cream cheese and butter soften. Blend together. Stir in flour. After mixing, chill in refrigerate for awhile. Shape into 1 inch balls and pat into cups of miniature cup cake pans.

FILLING: Beat eggs, sugar, butter, vanilla, and salt. Beat until smooth. Fold in nuts. Fill cups about 3/4 full. Bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes.
