STEAK SUPPER IN A ROASTING BAG | |
1 1/2 lb. chuck steak, 1" thick 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 env. dry onion soup 3 med. carrots, quartered 2 stalks celery, cut into 2" pieces 3 med. potatoes, pared & quartered 2 tbsp. water Heat oven. Follow manufacturers directions for bag usage. Stir together mushroom and onion soup mix. Spread over meat. Top with vegetables. Sprinkle water over vegetables. Close bag. Cook 1 1/2 to 2 hours or until meat is tender. |
