STUFFED STEAK ROAST 
2 lb. slice round steak
1/3 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. catsup
1/4 tsp. grated onion
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp. sage

Wipe steak with damp cloth; season with salt and pepper. Combine remaining ingredients. Spread stuffing n steak; roll as jelly roll; tie with string. Place roll on rack in oven roaster; roast 45 minutes in moderate oven at 350 degrees.
