EASY BAKED POTATOES 
6-8 med. red skinned potatoes, quartered
1 lg. onion
1 lg. bell or red pepper
1 stick butter
Garlic salt
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste

Wash and quarter potatoes. Cut onions and peppers into small chunks. Place all on aluminum foil. Cut butter into chunks and put on top of vegetables. Sprinkle with garlic, salt and pepper. Close foil around vegetables and place on cookie sheet or in roasting pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Serves 4 people.
