FOILED BAKED POTATOES 
4 med. size red potatoes
4 tsp. butter
1 med. onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
Bacos
4 lg. squares foil
4 slices American cheese

Place cubed potatoes on center of each piece foil. Top with 1 teaspoon butter on each serving; then add onion and green pepper on each. Sprinkle Bacos on top. Fold up foil and seal firmly.

Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour. Remove from oven and carefully open top of foil and add slice of American cheese to each. Re-seal and let stand for 5 minutes. Open and enjoy.

This is excellent - have used this for years. You may also do this on the grill - just "slice" the potatoes & veg's., putting in order given. Turn packets until you feel the potato give a little - this indicates it is done. You still open packets at end - lay cheese on - close for a couple of minutes until cheese melts. Yummy!

This is now my weekly favorite also for oven as you directed. SO easy. Being single - I break this down for just myself. Am trying placing different cooked meats over also. May even try placing leftover pulled pork BBQ, taco meat, etc. Very easy to change up, easy clean up, etc, Thanks for submitting.
