BAKED POTATOES IN FOIL | |
1 potato per person (skin may be left on). butter Onion soup mix Foil Wash potatoes. Slice about 1/4" thick onto a square of heavy foil. Keep foil in minimum size that can be folded up around slices. Add a tablespoon of butter and light sprinkling (less than a teaspoon) of onion soup mix. Bake over charcoal (not too hot) for about 1/2 hour. Can be served in foil. I've made these in the oven also and they were very good and easy. |
