FISH AND VEGETABLE BAKE 
6 - 8 flounder or grouper fillets
6 red potatoes
1 c. broccoli trees
3 carrots
1 c. or more Italian dressing

Place fish fillets in a large oblong baking dish. Cut up red potatoes (with skins), carrots and broccoli. Arrange around fish. Pour Italian dressing on top of everything. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour. Serve with salad and hot buttered bread.
