SPINACH SALAD 
3 oz. pkg. lemon Jello
1 c. boiling water
1 c. creamy cottage cheese
1 c. mayonnaise
10 oz. pkg. frozen, chopped spinach, thawed and drained well
1 tbsp. lemon juice
3/4 c. finely chopped celery
1/4 c. finely chopped onion

Combine Jello and water. Stir to dissolve. Add remaining ingredients. Pour into pan or mold and chill overnight.
