ORANGE CHICKEN 
1 whole chicken, cut up
1 c. orange juice
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. orange marmalade
2 tbsp. cornstarch

Skin chicken and place in deep pan. Smother chicken with orange juice. Sprinkle chicken with granulated brown sugar. Bake for 1 hour on 350 degrees. The last 20 minutes, baste generously with orange marmalade.

When finished, put remaining juice into a saucepan. Cook on medium heat and add cornstarch to thicken. Add Grand Marnier to taste.
