ORANGE CHICKEN 
2 chicken breasts, halved (4 pieces)
1/2 tsp. paprika
1 med. onion, sliced
1 sm. can frozen orange juice concentrate
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
2 tsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 c. orange marmalade

Brown chicken under broiler. Place in casserole. Sprinkle with paprika. Arrange onion slices over chicken. Spoon orange marmalade on chicken.

Combine orange juice, brown sugar, parsley, soy sauce and ginger. Pour over chicken and onions. Cover and simmer until chicken is tender (35-40 minutes). Baste with juice every 15 minutes. Good served with rice.
