GRAHAM CRACKER CRUST 
3 c. butter
2 qt. graham cracker crumbs
1 3/4 c. sugar

Cream butter until light and fluffy. Add crumbs and sugar to butter. Blend thoroughly. Measure 1 3/4 cups of crumb mixture into each 9 inch pie pan. Press firmly into bottom and sides of pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 6 minutes, or crust can be chilled and left unbaked. 48 serving recipe makes eight 9 inch pie shells.
