GRAHAM CRACKER CRUST | |
1 1/4 c. (20 crackers) graham cracker crumbs 2 tbsp. sugar 1/2 lg. egg white (1 tbsp.) 2 tbsp. Canola oil 2 tbsp. unsalted butter, melted Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients with 1 tablespoon water and stir with a fork until evenly moistened. Pour into pie shell, 9" and press with fingers evenly in bottom and up sides. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, or until lightly browned. (The crust will firm up as it cools). |
