GRAHAM CRACKER CRUST 
2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/2 c. sugar
2/3 c. melted butter
1 tsp. cinnamon

Mix all ingredients (save 1/2 cup of mixture to sprinkle over top of pie filling), press into 2 pie tins. Refrigerate crusts for 1 hour. Makes enough for 2 (9 inch) crusts.
