PEANUT BUTTER BALLS | |
1 c. peanut butter 1/2 c. butter 1 1/2 c. powdered sugar CHOCOLATE DIP: 1 1/2 bags or 18 oz. milk chocolate chips or 20 oz. almond bark blocks Mix peanut butter, butter and powdered sugar. Roll into ball the size of walnuts. Freeze with toothpick in middle on sheets of wax paper. Melt chocolate chips in microwave for 1 1/2 minutes on high. Stir until melted. Dip peanut butter balls in chocolate. Return to wax paper and freeze. Almond bark may be substituted for chocolate chips. Freeze balls, then can remove toothpick and put in container in freezer. |
