CORN BAKE 
1 sm. onion
1/2 bell pepper
1/2 c. butter
3 eggs
1 c. cream corn
1 c. whole corn
1 (8 oz.) box corn muffin mix
1 c. shredded cheese
1 c. sour cream

Saute onion and pepper in butter. Mix corn, muffin mix and eggs. Add saute ingredients; put in greased 2 quart dish. Spoon sour cream and cheese on top. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
