PINEAPPLE CHEESE PIE 
1 egg
1 (8 oz.) can Dole crushed pineapple
1 (12 oz.) cream cheese
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Drain pineapple very well. Combine cream cheese, egg, sour cream, sugar, lemon juice, beat and cream. Fold in pineapple. Pour into prepared crust. Bake 20 minutes. Cool, then put in refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
