MEXICAN SOUFFL 
2 Cups Cubed Ham
2 Cups Cubed Cheddar Cheese
2 Cups Monterey Jack Cheese
1 can Chopped Chilies
8 Eggs
1 can Evaporated Milk
1 envelope Taco Seasoning

Layer ham, cheese and chilies in a 9 x 9 pan.

Mix together eggs, evaporated milk, and taco seasoning. Pour on top of layered mixture.

Bake at 375°F for 30-35 minutes.
