POPPY SEED LOAF DELIGHT 
3 c. flour
2 1/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. milk
1 1/8 c. vegetable oil
3 eggs
1 1/2 tbsp. poppy seeds
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 tsp. almond extract
1 1/2 tsp. butter flavoring

GLAZE:

3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. orange juice
1/2 tsp. butter flavoring
1/2 tsp. almond extract
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Combine flour, sugar, milk, oil, eggs, poppy seeds, salt, baking powder, vanilla, almond extract and butter flavoring. Mix 1 to 2 minutes with electric mixer. Pour into 2 greased 9 x 5 inch loaf pans. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 20 minutes. Let cool about 5 minutes. then glaze.

POPPY SEED LOAF DELIGHT GLAZE:

Mix together sugar, orange juice, butter flavoring, almond extract and vanilla. Pour over warm bread before removing bread from pans.
