ALMOND AND POPPY SEED LOAF | |
1/4 c. vegetable oil 1/3 c. honey 2 eggs 3/4 c. milk 1 tsp. vanilla 1/4 tsp. almond extract 1/2 c. diced almond 1 c. Wheat Bran cereal 2 tsp. poppy seeds 3/4 c. flour (white) 3/4 c. wheat flour 1/2 tsp. baking soda 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder Cream oil, honey and eggs. Add milk, vanilla, extract, almonds, cereal and poppy seeds. Add dry ingredients and mix well. Pour in greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan and bake 45-55 minutes at 350 degrees. |
