GINGER PORK 
2 lbs. cubed pork
Flour
3 tbsp. peanut oil
1/3 c. chicken broth
1/3 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. onion, sliced
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. ground ginger
Dash pepper
Cooked rice

Dredge meat in flour. Heat oil in large skillet. Add meat and brown quickly. Remove meat and set aside. Pour off excess oil from pan. Combine chicken broth, soy sauce. Add onion, garlic, sugar, ginger and pepper. Place in pan along with meat. Simmer, covered for 15 minutes, or until meat is tender. Serve over rice.
