GINGERED PORK CHOPS 
4 pork chops
1/4 tsp. sage
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. butter
1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, OR
1 (3 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
1 clove garlic, chopped
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/4 c. orange or lime juice

Sprinkle chops with the sage, salt and pepper. Brown chops in butter. Add mushrooms, garlic and ginger. Stir in juice. Cook until tender on stove top or bake at 325 degrees about 1/2 to 3/4 hour. Thick chops may need a little more cooking time.
