GINGER ALE PORK CHOPS 
5 pork chops (1 1/2 inches)
2 lg. onions
1/4 c. butter
2 tbsp. chili sauce
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. flour
1 c. ginger ale

Slice onions and braise in 1/8 cup butter. Then layer in baking dish. Braise pork chops in remaining butter. Place pork chops on top of onions. Sprinkle with brown sugar. Mix flour, chili sauce and ginger ale and pour over top and bake for 1 hour or until done. Chicken breasts may also be used.
