1 pkg. dry yeast 1 1/2 c. warm water 1 tbsp. malted milk powder (optional) 1 tbsp. honey 1 tsp. salt 3 1/2 to 4 c. flour Dissolve yeast in water. Add honey and malted milk powder, and salt. Stir in flour. Knead lightly, and divide into 12 to 14 pieces. Shape into long sticks, and arrange onto greased cookie sheet. Brush with butter and sprinkle with coarse salt, Parmesan cheese, or seasoned salt. Let rise 30 minutes. Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 400 degrees. Also makes an excellent pizza crust. |
