GERMAN CRUMB CAKE | |
2 tbsp. of butter 1/2 c. sugar 1 egg 2/3 c. flour 1 tbsp. baking powder TOPPING: 4 tbsp. butter 1/2 c. brown sugar 1/2 tbsp. cinnamon 1/4 c. pecans 3 tbsp. flour 1. Melt butter. Beat in egg, flour, sugar and baking powder. 2. Put mixture in bottom of well greased pie pan. Mix all of topping ingredients together. Spread over pie. Bake for 15 minutes at 375 degrees. |
