GERMAN CRUMB CAKE 
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cinnamon
3 tbsp. ground nuts (English walnuts)
3 tbsp. flaked coconut
1 c. butter
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
4 eggs
3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 pt. sour cream

Mix first 4 ingredients and set aside. Beat butter and add sugar and vanilla. Add salt and eggs; beat at high speed. Sift flour and soda; add to mixture with sour cream. Pour half of the batter into a greased 13 1/2 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Sprinkle half of the crumbs over it and cut through batter with knife. Add remaining batter and top with crumbs and cut through again. Then bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for about 50 minutes.

O M G truly amazing cake so light soft fluffy and moist very tasteful we all love it with a cup of tea or coffee light .. You try it . I didn't have sour cream so I added instead 1 cup of buttermilk .. PERFECT
